Prime Ovens will provide cleaning supplies and oven cleaning equipment required to provide the cleaning Service(s) - all equipment used will be to industry standard, inspected prior to, and used as designed by the manufacturer. The Customer must provide hot running water, electricity and suitable parking at the premises where the cleaning Service(s) take place. We reserve the right to decide, with sole discretion, upon the suitability of the location and will not be obliged to provide the Service(s) if either the location or the appliance is not safe or suitable. Prime Ovens will not accept any liability for costs or inconvenience incurred by the Customer as a result.
If, for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, Prime Ovens is unable to carry out the Service(s) at the time, date or location agreed, we will not accept any liability for costs or inconvenience incurred by the Customer as a result. Prime Ovens will make an offer to provide the Service(s) at the Cost agreed at an alternative time and date convenient to both parties.
Prime Ovens undertakes to carry out the Service(s) at the cost agreed with the Customer. The Customer’s authorisation and agreement will be obtained before any work is carried out that would increase the price agreed.
A pre-inspection of your appliance/s will be carried out prior to any work being undertaken and the customer may be asked to divulge information, including but not limited to:-
Upon pre-inspection, Prime Ovens will not be obliged, and reserves the right to decide, with sole discretion, to complete the Service(s), based on such factors, including but not limited to:-
Prime Ovens will, in this event, not accept any liability for costs or inconvenience incurred by the Customer as a result of cancellation. It will be conveyed to, and at the customers understanding, that any subsequent Service(s) shall not be wholly guaranteed not to incur additional marking, damage or deterioration.
In these circumstances the customer will be presented with a printed version of this disclaimer to read and sign, confirming Prime Ovens will not be held responsible for any subsequent damage, repair and/or replacement, resulting from the provided Service(s).
